gngsoft - Advertising Hotel software

Business concept

The concept is to offer selected advertisers, shops, entertainment places and other companies possibility for advertising in a chosen hotel directly into the rooms.

The hotel will be offered hardware in the shape of a standard computer with tft flatscreen, mouse, keyboard and internet access.

The hotel receives free of charge hardware by signing a 3 year exclusive contract with GNGSOFT that ensures GNGSOFT the right to install software on the offered computer.

Hardware will be paid by GNGSOFT and investor.

Software

GNGSOFT have developed special software for distribution of banners and adverts on the hotel computers.

Http browser with permanent banner adverts, button adverts and changing banner adverts.

The browser have built-in Hotel Messages so the hotel reception can send individual messages to every hotel room.

The browser offers the guest to surf the net and send e-mails.

Hotel Messages distribution software for the server in hotel reception.

Upload software for administration of adverts system.

GNGSOFT run statistic over all traffic made by the hotel guests

Administration

Advertisers will be contacted and advertising contracts for a period of 1 month minimum will be made, however GNGSOFT recommend a period of minimum 3 months advertising.

Advertisers will supply banner adverts to GNGSOFT or will pay GNGSOFT to create banner of scanned logo.

All banners will be opdated every month with upload software.

Software versions will be placed on ftp server for automatic reload every day.

Software and adverts maintenance are controlled via the internet.
